How to customize your column view

You choose which columns appear on the Claims, Policy, Payroll and Loss Run screens, and in what order. Set your defaults once in your profile, or adjust a single mod file from its Claims screen.

Set your defaults in your profile

  1. Open the menu in the upper right corner and select Profile.

  2. Choose the screen to customize: Claims, Policy, Payroll or Loss Run columns.

  3. Turn columns on or off and change their order.

  4. Save.

Profile settings apply only to you, across every mod file.

Claims: Default and Advanced views

The Claims screen has two views you can toggle between:

  • Default view: the columns shown on every claim.

  • Advanced view: the Default columns plus any extra columns you turn on for it.

Only one view is on at a time. A column turned off in both views is hidden.

Loss Run columns

For loss runs, you also choose whether a column imports into the Loss Run screen at all. Turn off columns you never use to keep imports clean.

Change columns for one mod file

On a mod file's Claims screen, select the Columns button above the table. Changes made here apply to that mod file for every user and override profile settings.

Confirm: how columns are reordered (drag and drop or arrows), and whether the Columns button also exists on the Policy and Payroll screens.
