The Payroll and Claims screens in a mod file have the same tools for narrowing down what you see: quick filters at the top, plus sorting and filtering on every column.
Quick filters
Use the filters at the top left to show:
By state: one state, or a selection of states.
By policy period: one policy term.
All: everything on the file.
Column sorting and filtering
Every column has its own sort and filter. For example:
On Payroll, filter by payroll code, location or state.
On Claims, sort by incurred amount to put the largest claims first, or filter to open claims only.
Exporting what you see
Select Export on either screen to download the whole mod file as a 3-tab Excel workbook. See How to Export a Mod File to Excel.
