Reports

Reports Overview

The Report Center in each mod file holds every Mod Advisor report, grouped into sections you can combine into a client-ready package. Your expertise shapes the story; the reports give you the visuals to tell it.

Getting around

Use the buttons at the top of the Report Center (Executive Summary, Cover, Benchmarking and so on) to jump straight to a section. Star a report to add it to Favorites, or save a full set as a template under Saved Reports.

Report sections

  • Saved Reports: templates you or your team saved, so you don't reselect the same reports every time. See How to Save and Share Report Templates.

  • Executive Summary: a high-level account overview with key insights written by AI. Primary files only.

  • Cover Pages: industry cover pages for city, construction, farm, healthcare, health club, landscaping, manufacturing, office, restaurant, risk management, road construction and trucking, plus the About Us back cover. Choose a producer to brand the cover to them.

  • Benchmarking: compares the account to Mod Advisor's de-identified data set for its industry. Primary files only.

  • Core Reports: built from the experience mod worksheet alone, with no extra data needed. They're designed around NCCI data, so some may not display correctly in every state; for example, California worksheets don't include policy premiums, so enter them first. Multiple policy periods in one year are combined.

  • Summary Reports: a high-level view of claim data, showing the top 10 groupings sorted by mod impact. They fill in when the file has claim detail such as date of injury, body part or cause.

  • Detailed Reports: the claim-level data behind each summary report.

  • Worksheets: bureau-style experience rating worksheets.

Downloading

Choose your reports, then download them as PDF, Excel, PowerPoint or Word from the menu at the top. See How to Download Reports.

Tips

  • No claim detail yet? Start with Core Reports, then import a loss run to unlock Summary and Detailed Reports.

  • Benchmarking or Executive Summary missing? Check that the file type is Primary.
